Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.

2. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or their subject matter (including any non‑contractual claims) shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (or any statutory amendment or re‑enactment thereof).

  • The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

  • The proceedings shall be conducted in English.

  • The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

3. Exclusive Courts
If any dispute is not resolved through arbitration or if any arbitration award requires enforcement or challenge, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
